What a wonderful place where you feel very cared for from the first minute. I love tidy, exciting cards. Reading is already fun here - especially with the wine descriptions. And then comes the food and you don't want to stop because there are always new flavors to discover in this one course. I had the pear. It was just great.

The reasonably manageable menu reads so exciting that I would have loved to try everything. For the most part, selected local ingredients are processed, which shine in a special combination and processing. Our group of three loved the ordered wine (Muscatel). The product ethos takes me in for Marta, as does the price structure of the menu: the drink prices e.g. are extremely civil - here it is not made clear through high water or coffee prices that you have a claim. The service is very nice and uncomplicated, extra requests - announced by telephone - were dealt with in a relaxed manner. My very tasty dish consisted of about seven components - and that is the only small drawback of my Marta evening: The respective amount is too small to try to get a taste, the ingredient was already gone. I think less would be more so that you can taste your way, and would result in a less fragmented coexistence.

Inspirational, loving chaos with exciting, authentic culinary delights! The concept keeps what it promises: "What is eaten is what comes on the table. It's about experience, imagination, respect and also a pinch of risk."

Food looked like a star chef! Insanely delicious. Seasonal & regional cuisine with a selected number of dishes.

The Rindfleisch ( Beef meat) was great . Go fine dining place to go with friends and colleagues.I will definetely go again.

That was a really, really nice evening! Four of us ate there and all of us chose the 4-course menu. We all decided differently for the main course: fish, chicken and vegetarian potato strudel were tried. Every dish was great and served, seasoned and decorated to the point. From a sensory point of view, it was simply a highlight, so many different textures (frothy, crispy, creamy, gel-like) make the food exciting and everything tasted just right anyway. The principle of serving a lot regional / seasonal is a great idea. From the chicken there was also heart ragout - so from nose to tail is also a topic here, very good! The service wasn't intrusive at all, very relaxed and quick! It was also nice that we were allowed to bring our dog, she was also supplied with water directly. I'm looking forward to our next visit! :)

A true culinary gem. The food is excellent, composed of locally sourced fresh ingredients of the highest quality artfully put together by a thoughtful, talented and truly caring chef. He truly knows how to bring out the best flavors of all the ingredients. The staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive, they will make you feel at home. Great cocktails and wine list. All this in a beautiful, tasteful semi-retro setting that takes you to a time gone by. To top it all off the prices are extremely reasonable.

The food ? was very good. Many different flavors that meet there. The ambience was also very pleasant except the noise that shrilled from the kitchen was quite loud. And maybe someone had dropped out that evening because it was not only hectic but the food did not come. Unfortunately, the service did not come to the table to inquire whether something was missing, such as drinks or something. Therefore there are only four stars and will test it normally to correct the rating if necessary.

The dragon has been closed for some time. The new restaurant in the same place is called "Marta". The cappuccino and the premium cola were good and the vegan cake was delicious. Service friendly, there are also some seats outside.

The food is a dream! Really tasty, I didn't know that vegetables could produce such a taste explosion in the mouth. Thank you for food and drink :)

With a slightly rustic and loving ambience, you can enjoy seasonal and regional delicacies here - the sense of taste is taken on a journey. The high-quality ingredients are cleverly put together and the service takes good care of it. The lunch table is also highly recommended. A heartfelt thank you!

For me one of the most exciting new restaurants in Hamburg. Regional and super creative cuisine! We have always been there in larger groups and always had great service. 100% recommended .. whether with friends or the evening for two.

The Marta offers a really nice atmosphere and the service was very nice and courteous. The menu is clear and offers only selected dishes - these are real feasts for the eyes, consisting of high-quality ingredients that have been perfectly composed. The price level is slightly above average is more than justified. The vegan and vegetarian dishes as well as the cocktails also convince!
